12. I'll head to our shop in the morning and option up a T8. Only to confirm, are you rockin' the TFV8 Babe or Big Babe? Side note, the Vaporesso GT coils and the eLeaf HW coils are also cross compatible with the TFV8 Baby Beast tanks, and vise-versa.

13. Where I live, i dont think they sell those coils, but I volition cheque adjacent time I go, I volition definitely utilise those since Ive heard Smok coils are bad, and I am using TFV8 Deject Creature

14. I have had decent luck with the Smok coils, other than the hit or miss leakage. I accept the TFV8 Cloud Beast, Infant, Big Infant and the Vaporesso NRG (purely coincidence that the coils are cross compatible (except for the Cloud Beast) btw (on my end, lol). I've used the Smok T6'due south with nifty results but I'thou not sure if I have used wthe the T8 or not. I've been in NE for 2.5 months and since the big bomb on the Alien most of the shops within reasonable reach to me have nigh entirely dropped Smok. I'm kind of fond of Smok myself so when my employers opened a vape store I did order the range of coils and then I am going to check out the issue your describing for myself ( I have the TFV8 Deject Beast, Baby Fauna, Big Baby and the Vaporesso NRG that'due south compatible with the baby line). And then I'grand gonna check that out. But I think your break in wattage might but be a bit besides high. Generally I break in a new coil (saturating and all) about x to 15W lower than the "Best" rating and then move upwards. The juice you're using can also play into it as well.

15. Prime lower besides juice sitting in a roll overnight doesn't work. You need capillary activity (sucking basically) to draw elqiuid into the gyre. I start without even FIRING the modern, and so work my style upward to whatever wattage is comfortable, priming as I go. I outset at 5 watts, and fifty-fifty if no visible vapor is produced, y'all are notwithstanding wicking liquid into that gyre.

    Also.... Perhaps your wattage is a TAD high (for your juice, your coil whatsoever it is). If taking a LONG drag produces burnt, so your wattage is too high (recommended wattage is somewhat meaningless) I have one curlicue ATM that is rated at 30--ninety watts. I'chiliad a MTL vaper then I'thousand vaping it on the low side, but that is a pretty broad range. The recommended wattage is merely that, and depending on your juice and inhales style, your whorl just may non be able to handle it without burning nigh instantaneously.

    Checking out some other manufacturer's coils may exist helpful, also.

18. @20Stack, since y'all like high wattage vaping, I think what missing is cooling your coil down not to burn your liquid. Cooling means changing your inhale style.

    With air opening halfway, do a hard DL draw for less than a 2d. A existent hard and fast describe should cool your coil down. Draw hard like there'south no tomorrow. I second is all information technology takes to fill an ex-smoker lung.

    Hope you're non trying to reuse a burned ringlet with a horrid taste. Once burned, the gyre is washed. Take the advice you've gleaned and start with a fresh whorl at lower watts and work up as you call back you lot need.

    I'm not familiar with your setup and honestly can't offer every bit adept advice as others. But just an observation, that resistance (0.197) sounds low. Curious, what is the gyre resistance advertised to be? Wondering if the mod is reading the coil correctly?
